Recently I purchased an estate of lapidary supplies sourced in the 70's, been slowly cutting up and discovering new treasures. The chrysocolla in this material had fully darkened to black and green, was surprised with the bright colors within!
This is a veiny chrysocolla mix, with red cuprite areas. Not sure of the origin, but very nice stuff. I do have more to cut into yet! Custom inquiries welcomed.
This is solid, unstabilized material. Very stable naturally, but soft for some jewelry applications. Please keep that in mind! Ideal stone for a pendant, rings may get marred up.
