Long freeform faceted edge rutilated gem with lodolite inclusions

Unique piece of quartz from Brazil, featuring rutile and lodolite. Polished with a flat top displaying the rutile and lodolite inclusions.  The top edges have two crisp facets to refract, while the bottom is divided into two sharp facets for light return.  Playing around with hand faceting curved edges resulted in an innovative cut quartz gem.

This is a freeform shape with two points, facet edges, and a deep faux-culet.  

Comes shipped in a glass top case to protect and display the gem
